   Guys I went to mdc medical school office they told me both are required dcf letter and background.

   I made the appointment online and paid the 58 dollars when I got there i gave him the receipt and showed him the paper i printed out with the 7 steps. He told me i need to go back online, click on dcf letter, and paid another 40dollars cause mdc want...
