   Have you thought about going into another area? Nursing homes are usually the lowest paying. Have you thought about going into the Home Health Care? I have quite of few friends RN's and LVN's that make good money in that field. Good Luck!!!

   JPS is not going to have probaly the pay that you want. JPS is a county hospital, which means the pay is lower than other hospitals.

   Here in Texas there is a high demand for lvn/lpn's. In the Sunday paper, there are at least 4 pages, every week. LVN/LPN's are not being phased out here.
