If I get my NP degree in America and decide to work in Ireland, what do I have to do?

I am currently in an undergraduate program to receive my BSN. I have dual citizenship in Ireland. If I decide I want to work in Ireland, what would I need to do? Do they recognize Nurse Practitioners? Thanks in advance.
