1. What do you call your "greatest" compliment?

   My greatest compliment was when I was an LPN going back to school to get my RN. My Peds instructor told me that if I ever decided to leave Med/Surg that she thought I would make a great Peds nurse.

   I have indeed heard of an LVN (LPN) training an Rn. Back years ago, before I went back to school and got my RN. I was a LPN training new RN's on our floor. I was a good nurse then and was trusted by management to train the new RN's. So don't sweat it...

3. Ever had to take care of someone you knew and/or didn't like?

   I have not run into anyone (as a patient) that I didn't like. I have on the other hand had to ask for reassignment due to one of the patients being someone I know and like. I really don't feel comfortable taking care of friends.
