7. Starting pay rates: Then & now

   I am in NJ and I make $24/hr weekdays and $26/hr on the weekends. I work the 7-3 shift normally but if I pick up 3-11 I make another $1. I have been an LPN for 3 years now. I know some RN's who start off at $25-26/hr in my facility.
