    No pay diff in TX either (at least the facilities I have worked at in the DFW and SA/Austin areas. Does offer more points within a clinical ladder though.

    Happened to me during clinical rotations; when I was in the OR...for a toe amputation mind you! I now work in a very busy surgical intensive care unit which requires exposure to many wounds, a lot of them very involved.
