   abnihon- Yes, I believe you do have to wait till it says "Delivery Successful" before you try it. Once that happens you can go ahead and try to register. If at this point you get the popup it means you have passed. Good luck!!:wink2:

   Wow, I completely agree that CA should participate in Quickresults, it is truly a difficult experience to have to wait in suspense for so long to confirm..I simply had to wait this weekend for my results and slept terribly for the past 3 nights wonde...
