   Well...I answered my own question, after looking over the internet! If you go to: http://www.healthcareprovidersolutions.com/news.php?viewStory=44, then scroll down and choose "2009 Episode Calendar" it is all there. Hope these websites help others ...

   Ok.... I found one at https://www.qtso.com/download/hha/oasiscal2009.pdf, but does anyone have the smaller version, the one with only the first episode dates only, not the 2nd and 3rds on it? Therefore it is only a two pager? Thanks!! Christie
