    The more I think about it, the more I wonder why the hospital doesn't provide quality stethoscopes. Our L&D doesn't have any manual bp cuffs, either, and that makes me nervous. If I have a patient off mag or with PIH, I ALWAYS check her BP manu...

  5. Clin Specs outside the hospital

    Do any of you work outside of the hospital setting, or know a CNS who does? I know it's done, but not the norm. I would ultimately like to work outside the hospital, so I'm interested in hearing about others' experiences.
