   I just graduated and was hired on by the Franciscans in the Tacoma area. The trick to applying for them, is to apply for all the jobs, as they do not post for residency's like the Multicare system. Good luck in your search.

   Obviously, with a 3.8, I knew my chances of getting into Fall were slim. But knowing "Stressed" didn't get in yet with a 3.91, is leaving me little hope for Winter as well. Alas...I'll just continue taking classes this next year for an eventual BSN...
