   I just received my license from Vermont. One month processing from the time they received my application. It will expire March 2011.

   I already answered this question. 4-6 weeks. It was issued July 26, 2010. CGFNS is right, processing time for CES is 8-10 weeks so be patient.

    I think what they are referring as PD 2008 here is not the PD for immigration but the PD for PGH applicants. As gambutrol stated in his post, PGH is still processing those applicants that applied before September 2008. :typing
