I am a nurse at a high acuity university hospital CV-ICU...fun, and an ER nurse in a not so high acuity hospital...actually even more fun! I am also a CRNA wannabe (hope I get there some day, but it is so damn competetive!

    Whatever you do, don't work at the "U" in the CV-ICU...good learning on hemodynamics, but not a friendly crew...that is for sure.
