   I would suggest to take you Nclex frist before you start working anywhere thats the mistake I made LOL!!! but you should accept the GN position but after you take boards... if you od home health you will loose some skills that you would have learned ...

   I actually read the hesi book from front to back also i made flashcards of the boxes too..... practice question from saunders question and answer... i made a 1020... wasnt that hard ...trust me NCLEX is much harder........
