excellent post. nursing provides so many opportunities. i know already that being on the floor is something that i do not want to do long term. there are so many opportunities and it's great that you guys have taken advantage of them.
one of the reasons that i am leaving. let's not forget the principals who don't suspend students when they should. children these days are given passes to be out of control.
i am looking to make the change very soon. however, i am cautious about moving from one stressful job to another. the ultimate goal is crna. both are very politcal professions that are majority female (i am female) and i don't look forward to that. ...
