Springhouse and the other book, which I can't remember (you can find it on another cert question post) is what I used.
Both were very good. I would also get the AMSN nursing review question book. I used that book over and over. I wouldn't write in the book, but use paper so I could retake the tests. Those questions were more like the ones on the CMSRN test.
I also took a pretty extensive review course paid for by work, that used the same books.
