Salary of an MSNA

Hey guys, in the fall I'm starting a nursing program called the Career Ladder program. Basically it's a course where you can work as you learn. The 1st 9 weeks will be CNA training.. after those 9 weeks you can work as a CNA. The next stage is training to be a MSNA. that is also a 9 week course..After I become an MSNA, I'm going to start getting my gen. ed. done and move onto an RN program.. after my Gen ed. is through I'm planning on moving to Florida where I would work as a MSNA, supporting 2 people, and going to school to become an RN. I was wondering if anyone in here, who IS an MSNA can tell me if I'd be makign enough to make the move and live comfortably just until I become an RN

Sorry, but don't know what an MSNA is. It depends on where you plan on living in Florida. Florida can be a very expensive place to live.

Have never heard of a MSNA. Is this a certification by the state where you live, or in the facility where you are attneding school? Don't think that this would have any basis on a job in Florida, the CNA would suffice.

Is this a program put on by a private vocational school? How much is your tuition? Many nursing homes have programs that they put on and you can get your certification thru them without spending all of that money.

It is a good way of getting your foot in the door towards a nursing degree, but as far as supporting several people comfortably????
