Re: Pre-interview survey for hospital jobs? Is this new?
Be carefull...you may think that the answer may be obvious, but many times it's not.
For example, a typical question on integrity may ask: Have you ever taken anything home from work that didn't belong to you.
If you answered no, then believe it or not, that isn't the answer they were looking for...everyone has taken something...be it company issued pins, maybe bringing a bill with a stamp to borrower an envelope to mail it in, so you wouldn't have to run by walmart...SOMETHING.
However, usually down the survey they will have a more specific question, like, "What is the most you have taken from work without authorization?"
The options will be something like $0 (which we know is the wrong answer)...less than $5.00 (which is usually the correct answer)...$50 to $100...more than $100...the last two, are obviously wrong.
You'll get a fail on these tests if it looks like you are trying to skew the test...and yes, they are designed to pick up on that.
