Does anyone have a good shift worksheet for at least 6 med/surg patients? I'd like to be able to carry one simple worksheet throughout the day and then use it during shift report. I am not too computer savvy, and I would really appreciate some examples. Thanks!!

Hi there...I am a relatively new nurse (2years) and just started on a med-surg unit. I was at a sub-acute rehabilitation prior to that which is such a different setting. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind forwarding me your worksheet. I have been making my own, but I want to make sure I don't forget anything!

Hi there! I will be working in a medical/surgical floor starting next week and I feel ambivalent about it since I really don't know if I can survive there or not. I just hope that I'd do.
