Hello everyone. Just got admission to Rcc RN day program. Can someone tell me the days and time for classes and clinical. Orientation day is next week but am curious to know. Thanks

Hey Beth, me too! Congrats

If you look online on their website, foundations of nursing 1 has 3 different sections with various times for ckinucal lecture and lab....but I do know for definite that clinical is one day a week starting 7am to 2pm, then class 2 days a week the earliest I seen it was 9am then lab is once a week....

Congrats to you both on your acceptances. I got my letter today! I'm so excited :D

Is RCC your first choice lizbee227?

Yes kinda. It was the only school that I applied to for the semester. If I hadn't gotten in I would've either continued taking classes at MassBay or tried for UMass Boston a 4th time in November.

Nkiru, I did see that you had gotten into Quincy and Massasoit as well. That's awesome! Congrats to you on those acceptances as well :-)

Did either of you two attend Orientation yesterday? If so, what did you guys think about it?

Hey, yes I attended orientation. It was a lot of information given to us...from required text books, class registration to ordering uniforms and equipment. In additon reminder of getting our immunizations all sorted out

I agree. I was taking notes the entire time lol... But the information was so helpful and gave me a lot to think about. I hope you were able to register for your first choice lab and clinical sections. I got into mine simply because I picked times no one else was interested in. I was also not prepared for the uniforms, and chose just to get the essentials from McGill's (jacket, 2 shirts, 2 name tags, and 3 emblems). The rest I'll get cheaper elsewhere :wacky:
