Online BSN or Classroom BSN?

Nursing Students LPN-RN

Hello everyone, long time since I posted. Question for you: do you think it's a good idea to do an online BSN program or the traditional way(going to class). I'm single, no kids and I'm already an LPN

Unless you think you will gain anything by doing classroom work and clinical practicums there is little need for the traditional program since you are a practicing nurse. Both the LVN and RN students in my BSN program were vocal about being bored out of their minds. The traditional program is best for those who have no nursing background. Other than that, the community nursing semester was the only added content that was worthwhile, according to most of the students who were nurses. And after I started to work in the community, I doubt that I could not have picked up that content as well on the job.

My concern is, I'm generally an independent studier, I grasp things more when I study on my own, but there are times I just can't understand the content, and that's when I need an instructor to explain to me. So, if I go the online route I won't have this advantage, whereas with the classroom route, I would be able to get more explaination from the instructor.
