I am currently an LPN and working 2 jobs. I really don't have the time to sit in a traditional class. I have really been looking seriously at College Network. But before I sign on the dotted line and commit myself to a financial agreemnt, I would like some feedback from other nurses. So anyone who has went through or is going through this or similar type program,please give me replies. I really don't want to start this then find out there is more to this than what they are telling me.Then:confused: get stuck with a hefty bill and no way out. I appreciate any and all comments

I just looked at their website. I think I would be intersted in the "CNA to respiratory therapist" program. Do you know how much they charge for a program? I don't see any fees on the website.

Before attending a sales meeting or signing on the dotted line with College Network, please go to the Excelsior College website: http://www.excelsior.edu and thoroughly research their nursing program. There is a warning there about using outside publishing companies. It is not necessary to go through College Network or any other publishing company to get your nursing degree from Excelsior. Added cost. You may or may not find the materials they sell to be helpful. If you find them helpful, then buy them used on ebay. As a matter of fact, you can get one of them on ebay and check it out beforehand. Anyway, there are many threads and posts on this site debating the usefulness of these publishing companies. Good luck with your decision. (While you are at it, check out the other popular online program, Indiana State University.)

The reason you don't see any fees on the College Network website is because they want you with a salesperson so that the salesperson can get you to sign a contract.
