ISU or Excelsior?? Give me your input

New LPN looking to bridge over to RN the fastest way possible. I had my mind set on Exclesior, but then I heard about ISU. Anyone else research these two colleges? I definitely need a non traditional school so places like Helene Fuld are out of the question because I plan on working full time.

ISU appears to be great however I'm a NY resident and the site says that NY is one of the states that doesnt currently recognize the ISU program. I have no idea how this works though. I wonder if I could graduate from this school and then apply for my licescure exam in NY? Anyone in NY do the LPN-RN brdige? Any tips are input is welcome! Thanks so much

I chose Excelsior because after the research it seemed like a better fit for me...more flexible than ISU & less expensive!!

ISU refused to talk to me to answer my questions. They referred me to The College Network, the publishing company that provides study modules for their exams. I did not want to talk to a publishing company salesman, so that was it for me. The way I see it, if the school does not want to talk to a prospective student, that means they have no interest in that student. Excelsior College does not present that kind of attitude when you contact them for anything. They act like they are interested in your business.
