What to expect on the accuplacer test

Hello i am applying for a lpn program and i am ordered to take the accuplacer test so that they can see where i am on my english/reading and math. I was wanting to know does anyone out there know anything about this test. Please let me know!!!! Good websites for practice test? What type of math??? What should i focous on studying?? Thanks for anything you have to say.
