i need your recommendation on what program i should choose because i am feeling very apprehensive about choosing a program. currently i am a lpn and i am looking for rn program and i have two options. one is lpn to rn program from community college and this program is only 1 year. another choice i have is accelerated bsn program and this program is also 1 year but it is very intense since this program condenses traditional 3 year bsn program into only 1 year. i do have a ba degree so i do qualify for accelerated bsn program. adn program seems to be a little easier but there is a chance that i might not get into that program due to lack of work experience. do you you think its worth waiting another year and get into adn program? accerlerated bsn program is very tempting but we will be taking 4 nursing classes per semester for 12 month. i'm really confused, and cant seem to decide. could you please help me? i really appreciate your help.:sniff:

Associate Degree Nurse.

As far as I know, this designation is only given to RNs who have graduated with a two-year Associate degree - specifically in nursing. These degrees are generally offered at community colleges. You do not sound stupid; you simply didn't know!

Hey! Have you make a decision yet? I am going through the same situation... confused.. :) I would really appreicate that if you would not mind to share your experience. Take care, simpleme!
