    Brush up on basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. Brush up on basic English composition, punctuation, and grammatical skills. Entrance tests measure to see if you have very basic skills. Also, be prepared to write an essay. Some schools require this whereas others don't.
