LPN Schooling. WIA Grant?

So, I start October 27th. Located in Ohio. I was wondering if I could get help from the WIA program. Ive read a lot about them and it seems like they are very helpful in other states. Does anyone know how it works here? My tuition is fully covered, books, uniforms, and everything else but I was just Discharged from my job. So I was wondering if they could help out as far as Sustainability. Like as far as loans or refund. I'm not being greedy I just would really need the help going to school with limited income. Anyone?
