Lpn program at Trocaire college

Nursing Students LPN/LVN Students

Hi everyone. I got accepted into the lpn program this fall. Just wanted to know how to prepare for this. I know nursing is hard as I've already been in it once (RN program) so I was looking to get advice from people who have been through it. I have so much anxiety built up from fear of failing. I even tried to get ahead on studying the material but my teacher said she can't give me the material at this time. I know it's too early to ask for study material considering the fact it's 3 months ahead. I'm taking nursing fundamentals and med surge (full time both 7 credits each). I got the manuals early which is required for this class plus I'll be using this book called med surge made easy but I'm still a little shaky. How do you keep cool in such in a rigorous program :/

Sorry I can't really help you out ): If you don't mind me asking what schools RN program did you fail? I am starting NCCC's RN program this fall and I am SO nervous!! My sister graduated from it but like you said my biggest fear is failing. I dont know what I would do if I failed.
