Entering in LPN Program In Laguardia

I'm going to be attending the Laguardia community college soon for the LPN program. I have to take prerequisite classes. For those attending this school do you happen to know what classes I need or have to take. Also What is the GPA to get into the LPN program and how many credits do you need in order to complete it. I mean Im already a graduate of a CUNY school but in sociology so I'm changing and want to pursue in something else. Can someone help me and let me know. I called the Admission office and they were very unclear.
