Today I got my last two books for school in the mail! All ordered off amazon. Its been fun to open them all up and see what im getting myself into. Im happy to see that a bunch of it is already familiar to me such as Maslows hierarchy of needs, anatomy & physiology, nutrition... I also bought the NCLEX-PN book by Saunders to go by during school. I have already started reading it and familiarizing myself with NCLEX style questions.

I ordered a Littmann cardiology III stethoscope, she is solid black with a rainbow finish. Its beautiful, and engraved with "Melissa Ivy"... I will keep her close, I know people have sticky fingers :bored:.... I bought a full sized planner to keep my clinicals, classes, work schedule and appointments straight. I also found these highlighters....... they are sharpie brand but they are gel, and they dont dry out. They are so strange but they work very well!

That's what I wanted to do but I will not get my class schedule until the weekend end before school but I going to go ahead and get my writing supplys

I wasnt going to find out about my schedule until a week before either. Today I had to email my teacher and ask her when my clinicals will be so I could get off work the night before. She told me my whole schedule. Monday is clinical day, and class wednesday 9-12pm and friday 8-12pm. I got my pencils, pens, and highlighters. Im going to wait to get notebooks and all that until orientation.
