Can I do BP's in Delaware If My license is in PA

Ok please help. MY church wants me to preform Bp"s and glucose monitoring at the church fair. THe problem is the church is located in Delware and my license is from Pa. Can I still do these procedures?

I am not sure about the glucose, but since when do you have to be a nurse to do BP's? And, if you are talking about the glucose monitors that you can get from Walgreens, I really don't see why not, because of the fact that it is not a nursing procedure per se, just like BP. They both are things that people can do at home to themselves legally. You may want to check, but I don't see a program.
