our lady of the lake hospital pay

U.S.A. Louisiana

Published

is anyone familiar with the payscale at the lake for a nurse with 2 years experience?

As a new grad (a bit under a year out) with an ADN, I make 22.50

A coworker with a BSN and 5 years experience just makes 24.00, maybe a quarter more

í ½í¸³ oh wow. I was expecting higher than that. Are all the hospitals in that area paying that low?

Years ago when I worked in Baton Rouge, the pay was pretty low. We moved there from New Orleans and I think i took a 3 - 4 /hr cut. Sucks.

That does suck. Im not surprised though. Baton Rouge nurse pay seems to be pretty low compared to other areas in southern Louisiana. I'm curious about the other hospitals pay in that area.

Oh and thank you both for your responses
