Questions Regarding the CLNC Course

by TERESAM
Updated May 12, 2006 at 06:37 PM by sirI

Hi Siri

I Posted Here Quite Awhile Ago And You Were Nice Enough To Answer Me.

I Am Going In May To The Milazzo Certification Seminar And I Am Getting Really Scared. There Is So Much Information That I Am Feeling Really Overwhelmed And Worried About Not Passing The Test.

I Dont Know What To Really Focus On For Studying. There Are 35 Cd's With The Core Program. I Am Truly Having A Great Deal Of Fear And Stress About This.

Can You Give Me Some Insight As To The Number Of Test Questions Even?

Are There Questions About The Role Of The Clnc In Depositions, Research, Standards, Locating Experts, Marketing, Discovery, Evidence, Litigation? I Am Really Worried Now And My Time Is Running Short As To When I Leave.

I Would Appreciate All You Can Do To Alleviate My Fears A Little

Thanks

Teresa

Ah, I recognize this anxiety. I can feel yours all the way through cyberspace, Teresa!!

Now, calm down and don't project...........too much.

The exam is 120 questions given over 2 hours. Yes, pretty much what you outlined above is included on the exam. But, the preparation for the exam is phenomenal. If you listen everyday ALL day long in class, take notes and study the Pre-test every night, you will do just fine.

On the last day, the mentors and Vickie will prepare you even more so.

So, just try not to dwell on the test. And, enjoy the course. You will learn MUCH!!!

If you have any other questions and/or concerns, please do NOT hesitate to ask. I'm here.

Gosh Siri Thanks. That Was Quick. Anxiety...................you Have N Idea. I Have Had So Much Going On In My Life I Havent Been Able To Study Like I Should Have And This Really Has Me Worried.

I Have 3 Notebooks Full Already And Then I Just Started Writing I The Book.................yes................i Am Definitely Anxious.

I Dont Think.....................no I Know I Wasnt This Worried When I Took My State Boards. I Still Have About 15 Cd's To Listen Too. Will I Ever Get Them Done And Will I Ever Calm Down Enough To Pass This? I Dont Want To Have To Do It Twice.

I Am So Sorry To Bother You With My Insecurities.

I Am Planning On Doing 3 Cd's Tomorrow. So Much Happens In Life................amd Work.

I Sure Hope I Can Do This

Thanks

I never studied before I took the course. And, there were no pre-course CDs available either.

Just do what you can prior to the course. You will not believe how much they (Vickie and the mentors) help you to grasp the basics while there.

Enjoy this.

I don't know what time it is where you are, but I'm headed for bed. Goodnight and PLEASE, don't be overanxious. Anxiety is a good thing, but OVERANXIOUS, no.

O.K.??

Default Re: Questions Regarding the CLNC Course
I am a Registered Nurse with an Associate of Applied Science Paralegal-Legal Assistant from an American Bar Association approved Legal Assistant School. I am also a Certified Legal Assistant. To be a Certified Legal Assistant you must take a 2-3 day exam which includes an objective test and writting both a Memorandum of Law and a legal brief.
Such being the case, the attempt of nurses, nursing licensing agencies, and nursing organizations to pre-empt those nurses who do have formal training in nursing, are licensed as nurses, have formal training in the law, and have passed stringent qualifying exams probative of both their legal expertise and skill and nursing expertise and skill clearly appears to be not serving the public interest with regard to providing qualified and competent individuals who are trained, qualified, and competent with regard to the same.
Rather, the same is obviously designed to further the unjust economic goals of those incompetent and untrained with regard to the same (with regard to the law) as to clearly indicate that the same represent a clear design to promulgate an illegal conspiracy to defraud the general public.
As such is the case, the aforementioned conspiratorial acts should cease and desist as being detrimental to the just, equitable, and competent adjudication of legal controversies that involve medical legal issues.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
Judge Oliver Wendell Holmes, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States of America

Hello, Demonsthenes,

We are somewhat confused by your statement. What does this have to do with the Vickie Milazzo CLNC course?
