Re: Questions Regarding the CLNC Course
I am a Registered Nurse with an Associate of Applied Science Paralegal-Legal Assistant from an American Bar Association approved Legal Assistant School. I am also a Certified Legal Assistant. To be a Certified Legal Assistant you must take a 2-3 day exam which includes an objective test and writting both a Memorandum of Law and a legal brief.
Such being the case, the attempt of nurses, nursing licensing agencies, and nursing organizations to pre-empt those nurses who do have formal training in nursing, are licensed as nurses, have formal training in the law, and have passed stringent qualifying exams probative of both their legal expertise and skill and nursing expertise and skill clearly appears to be not serving the public interest with regard to providing qualified and competent individuals who are trained, qualified, and competent with regard to the same.
Rather, the same is obviously designed to further the unjust economic goals of those incompetent and untrained with regard to the same (with regard to the law) as to clearly indicate that the same represent a clear design to promulgate an illegal conspiracy to defraud the general public.
As such is the case, the aforementioned conspiratorial acts should cease and desist as being detrimental to the just, equitable, and competent adjudication of legal controversies that involve medical legal issues.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
