I have seen this in several posts and found it quite interesting when LNCs who are looking for referrals for other LNCs, physicians and other expert witnesses..say "as always, willing to reciprocate." So, does this mean that they don't expect to get charged for locating or having this expert in your database? Or does this mean that they will do the same for the responder who finds or who has that expert that they need without charge?

It means, "I so appreciate your help in finding an expert I need for a case, and I will be happy to help you do the same anytime I can." No fees involved.
