when to submit infection control and child abuse certificates

Hi Everyone,

I have applied to the CGFNS/NYVS and I have checked their website today, I saw that they have already received and are reviewing my transcripts from my school and my licensure verification from my registration authority. Problem is, I havent received my certificates in Infection control and Child abuse identification and reporting yet. ( I have already submitted my answer sheets to the issuing body). I am worried that when CGFNS/NYVS submits their results to the NY BON, I dont have my application and payment and certificates at NY BON yet. Would NY BON accept my application and payment and process CGFNS/NYVS results even when I havent submitted my Infection Control and Child Abuse certificates yet??? I am confused and worried. Please help!!!!:crying2:

Yes, they will process without having a copy of the certificates. You just need to have them completed before you begin work as an RN. They will not do anyhting without first receiving the funds.
