What do i do? I dont want to rewrite my essay?

I was sent to this acute care module in my hosp and twas really great cuz it helped me refresh what we've studied 10-12 yrs ago.. Now our mentor flunked my essay cuz they want me to write on sumthing specifically not the topic I made. I work in non-invasive ventilation, Respi medicine,so I wrote about the popularity of nebs outweighing its efficacy. I dont want to do an essay about Non-invasive cuz the people checking themsleves dont know it very well themselves,no wonder none of my colleagues who wrote about it ever had an A. m just oh so, pi*$#d off!! My practical assesment wer very good, sky flyin colors..Now i told them im not happy to rewrite my essay but I was reprimanded to see the nursing director after my nurse manager failed to convince me..

Ther i saw my nrsg director... so I agreed after several minutes of persuasion..The next few days. I got this letter from my nsg dir., summarizing our agreement and at the end, an element of little threat in her letter? What's this? Now Im changing my mind again.. Cant they just fail me? Its becoming political, the tension is...for some reasons.. The director cannot accept my reason of me, not happy to do the essay again. Not valid enough she said...:angryfire

Or am I just being rebellious? :uhoh3:

Sounds like you got written up. Best to rewrite the essay the way they want. Nursing school is a lot of jumping through hoops. It's not easy, but a lot of us did it.
