Does anyone now how to start the process to move to America? Registering with their nursing board , getting visas to live there etc...

How long ago did you train? Do you have Paeds, Mental Health, Obstetrics and Adult both clinical and theory showing on your transcripts?

Starting point would be looking at the state you plan on living and working in and seeing what the requirements are for IEN. Until you get registration sorted there is no need to look for a employer yet willing to sponsor you for immigrant visa. Immigrant visa times do depend on where you was born.
