I would like to study for Accelerated BSN program in the USA. I already hold a BS Accountancy from Philippines and I intend to have a second degree which is ABSN. Since the degree that I am holding is not related with Science I would like to know if there is any chances that I can take this degree (ABSN) and for an International Students what are the requirements I will be needing. I am planning to study around Sacramento California. Kindly give me an advice to which school I can take the course. Thank you.

Those programs are highly impacted and extremely competitive. Very few accept international students or sponsor for F1 visas as many programs do not meet the requirements of USCIS to sponsor for student visas.

You can find a list of state approved ABSN programs on the CABRN website. You would need to contact the nursing program and office for international students directly to see if you qualify. Only the school can give you admission criteria and answer whether you can attend as an international student (note tuition and fees are 3-4 times higher than a US student).

I don't know if an US ABSN would be accepted for licensing back in the Philippines (I doubt it). The intention of a student visa is that you would return to your home country shortly after your graduation. Especially if you need visa sponsorship your work prospects in CA are extremely low as the unemployment rate for new grad, US educated, citizen or PR (not requiring visa sponsorship) is approximately 43%. A little more than half of the new grad nurses in CA were able to secure employment as a nurse.
