I finished my nursing studies in Spain. I would like to work in the U.S., and do not know how to start! If any American colleague wants to help me, I would be very grateful. I want to travel to America!

Starting point would be meeting the state Board of Nursing requirements for International nurse and then try and find a employer willing to wait the 6 plus years it will take for you to get a immigrant visa allowing you to live and work in the US. That may be hard due to the large number of US nurses struggling to find work already

Would love to help you with your nursing ambitions in the US. Great place to work and play! How long it will take to get their depends on your speciality though, but should be a lot quicker than 6 years!
How will it be quicker than 6 years? If BSN may go for H1b but finding employer willing to pay $$$ and wait until Oct 2014 my be hard especially when many US nurses out of work. Unless NP or very specialized and has the education to back it up I can't see them going for anything like EB2 or 1 as the job will have to meet that category
