You need to be more specific. Where are you now and where do you want to work exactly? Usually the stumbling blocks are the difficulty of getting work visas and being fluent in the official language. If you are looking at an EU country and you are coming from North America work visas are virtually impossible to get. Plus most countires have no need to import nurses.

Do you have a BSN?

also interested in information about this sorta thing.

i'm a new graduate nurse with a BSN from the US, and toy with the idea of moving overseas in the future (either EU or Aussie). how long does it take to acquire a work VISA? are there areas in EU that are less saturated? what language(s) would be best to learn? what nursing specialties are in higher demand (and lesser demand)? how many years of experience should one try to obtain before moving across seas? any other considerations?

i realize these are very vague questions and answers may differ from person and location, but any information or experiences would be wonderful.

Coming from a non EU country will will be almost impossible to get a work visa. Do a search of the threads on here for info on Australia.
