Ordering books through Amazon

Dear forum members,

If anyone knows that how much time it will takes for books to reach here in DUBAI,UAE from CANADA,if I will order it through AMAZON,on website of amazon it states that standard international shipping takes 30-40 weeks,expedited international shipping takes 7-14 weeks.Is there any option on amazon for faster shipping like within a week,it can be delievered to Dubai.

I need these books as fast as possible.

please suggest me the faster way,if anyone have experience.

I wonder if any nursing textbooks are available from some place closer to Dubai, like the University of Calgary Qatar campus? If the book(s) you are looking for are available in Qatar, I would assume it would be relatively quick to ship them to Dubai, http://www.qatar.ucalgary.ca/

I have found that Amazon.com (USA) is much faster that the Canadian one, possibly because USA mail is generally faster as well. However, you should also look into Amazon UK.

You can actually rent or buy ebooks (textbooks) have you tried that?It's instant. You can print what you need. No delivery charges either
