Need Assistance Re Australian Nursing Career please..

Hi! i'm new here. Can somebody enlighten me about nursing career in Australia? I have heard of PHILMAN's assistance but i think availing loan from an agency would be my last resort. Is there someone out there who have tried for himself/herself applying for Australian Immigration? Or whatever process he/she have taken? Can you please give me some light on the matter? Thank you sooooo much and God bless everyone!
