Management jobs in Australia

Hoping for some pointers here.

I am a registered nurse with more than 20 years expereince. I trained in the Uk, worked in the US and Peru and am now back in the UK.

I can not settle, and I want to move on, the UK is teetering on the brink and I miss my lifestyle I had elesewhere.

My question is, I have been in management positions for the last 18 years, is there any chance of a managment position in Australia or NZ, or will I have to work my way up the ranks again?

Any advice - pointers would be warmly welcomed

IMHO, the best thing to do is apply for a management position in Australia and see if they will accept you or not. Because I think it will all depend on the hospital/institution you will be applying at.
