How long does the pocket license to be mailed for foreign grad?

I passed the NCLEX from the Philippines, I have SSN and my name appeared on the CALIFORNIA site last Jan 12, 2011. I received my Certificate of License last Feb 3, 2011. I'm still waiting for my pocket license. Do you know how long will it take? I'm leaving for US this 1st week of March.

hmmm, usually the license card or pocket license arrives first, then the certificate. I would call the BRN since you've been licensed since Jan 12.
