How do I endorse to Chicago?

I am a CGFNS certified RN moving to Chicago in next couple of weeks. I looked in Illinois licensure requirement and found that I need CES and TOEFL. Is it waived for someone who possesses a CGFNS certificate or do I still need both of those things? Anybody with experience? Tried to call the licensing board, but could not get through. Any input is appreciated. thanks.

You are lucky then. They have the right not to accept that since they made the change more than a year ago. Not all states that made the change are accepting the CGFNS Certificate anymore.

Illinois makes some exceptions at times, but it is not consistent all of the time.
