That's why I keep telling my friends to stay away from immigration consultancy firms. These firms are not sanctioned by the POEA to offer job posts abroad. They are only allowed to process papers for immigrant and student visas.

There are legitimate overseas manpower firms that have legitimate job orders for nurses going to UK, such as Greenfields, Drake, Jaikin Resources, and Aureus Manpower.

If the company is not registered with the POEA and offers student visas instead of working visas/permits, then more or less it's something to stay away from.
