I have a good position, which is full well. Obviously perform the importance of the english to be able to be employed at USA, especially when it is a question of reporting and to understanding with fragile patients, sick children, etc. Because of it I am stopping preparing the TOEFL for me. And the motive of choosing The United States is because it is one of the top countries for the treatment of the Autism, and one of my children has Autism. I know that for be able being RN I have to spend the NCLEX and to use the english one as the first language. And the motive of wanting to speak with some nurse in Spanish was for was counting itself his experience of more fluid form, to know if with what is gained in USA it is possible to live worth, etc.

I will search in the New York State, since it is there where the Dr. Douglas Greer, one of the expert maximums in Autism, it has his base. And with regard to my labor experience to say to you that I have been 10 years in emergencies, emergencies of trauma. I have experie3ncia in urgencies extrahospitalaricas, movement of critical patients in ambulance, in helicopter, etc. Also I am experienced of 5 years at a unit of infectious paediatric diseases, other five years in taken care of health of atención primary.

Ok I have moved this to international nursing as I think there are a few things you need to be aware of.

New York has many US nurses struggling to find work so finding a hospital willing to wait over 6 years for you to get a immigrant visa will be tough.

New York will require you to meet BON requirements which for International nurses is CVS which takes approx 6-8 months and then as long as requirements are met you have to sit and pass NCLEX. Then you need to find a employer so suggest you read up on retrogression as this has been ongoing since Oct 2006 and many many nurses are in the queue ahead of you hence my comment above waiting over 6 years for a immigrant visa. Work visa will be just as hard and minimum requirement is BSN
