can anyone give me at least 3 evidence based nursing practice?please

i have a study for my thesis entitled knowledge and implementing evidence based practice in nursing in tertiary hospitals.but the problem is i only have 2 evidence based nursing practice which is the log rolling every hour and suctioning using saline bullets.i still need 3..please help.thank you very much :)

Suggest you look on the Registered Nurses Association Of Ontario's website RNAO.ca, they have published over 40 best practice guidelines along with toolkits for implementing best practice.

If you are planning to conduct a research study, it is better to pick one nursing practice to implement and evaluate rather than five. Do you need you need to include 5 practices? Can you pick one best practice such as "preventing pressure ulcers" and include 5 steps such as; assess for pressure ulcer risk, reposition q 2 h, adequate nutrition, hygeine, incontinence.

Being from another country your evidence based practice might be different.....for example....log rolling every 2 hours.....what do you do that for? You can also check the AHRQ..
