Hello, I got stock with the COllege network but It was a bad Decision that I am still paying. Don't get me wrong I am starting Indiana state program in January 2013, but I took the pre requisites in a different school.
If you are in California and took classes from TCN to get into the LVN to BSN program, go to the back of your contract. It should state that you will be refunded all fees paid to TCN if you are not accepted into the nursing program. Since there is no program in Calif, you will not be admitted in January 2013. TCN owes you a complete refund.

i am currently trying to get out of my contact with TCN, i found in my enrollment papers a form that i signed that simply states " Sonoma State University with Indiana State" since SSU is no longer in the picture i see this as a breeech of contract . any way i have to write a grievence letter and offer a solution to the problem. Thinking about seeking legal counsel for help with writting a letter.

I am so sorry you all experiencing this dilemma. But as per the terms of service we cannot give legal advice.
    Legal Advice:
ALLNURSES.COM, INC or it's members do not offer legal advice. Any requests for such will be taken down. If you have a legal problem, please seek legal counsel.
I do suggest however that you seek legal counsel as you so forward in this matter to receive the best information as to how best to proceed.

    Good Luck.
