It should state that you will be refunded all fees paid to TCN if you are not accepted into the nursing program. Since there is no program in Calif, you will not be admitted in January 2013. TCN owes you a complete refund.Hello, I got stock with the COllege network but It was a bad Decision that I am still paying. Don't get me wrong I am starting Indiana state program in January 2013, but I took the pre requisites in a different school.
- Oct 12, '12 by pita5366i am currently trying to get out of my contact with TCN, i found in my enrollment papers a form that i signed that simply states " Sonoma State University with Indiana State" since SSU is no longer in the picture i see this as a breeech of contract . any way i have to write a grievence letter and offer a solution to the problem. Thinking about seeking legal counsel for help with writting a letter.
