U.S.A. Indiana

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 8th, will be my VERY LAST PRE-REQ CLASS! ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY II WILL BE OVER! If I just get a 60 on the final, I'll have an A in the class and that will mean As in all my pre-reqs. Woohoo! Now I just have to wait for that darned letter, but it will all be out of my hands. Good luck to everyone finishing up!

My last A & P II class is tomorrow too! I can't wait to have it over with, and I'm pretty sure I have my A. Woo hoo! I have to come back Friday to take my last exam for my online MAT 118 class, but that's easy compared to anatomy.

Did you get your A? I finished my ANP 102 Wednesday with an A so that gives me 4 A's in the the main pre-reqs. Now just have to wait for the letter.

You must be on the computer right now too lol. Yes, I got my A! I turned my grade in to the nursing office to be added in. I told the lady there that I would have 207 points, and she didn't think I needed to worry about getting in. It was so nice to hear that from her! All of a sudden it became so much more real to me, and it was exciting.

What campus are you at? I'm in SB.

:yeah:

I go to the Richmond campus. So we have to turn our grade in because I did not know that? I have 211 points so i am hoping that is good enough. Too bad I don't get the 3 regional points or I would have 214.

Yes! At least that's how we do it at the SB campus. Just go into Campus Connect and print off your grades for Spring 2008. Then take it in and turn it in at the nursing department.

I know of several people trying to get in at Richmond and we were never told we had to do this so maybe they do it different. All we were told is that Claudia was waiting until spring grades were recorded before she started making selections. So I guess i better find out for sure!

I was told just last week that it will be mid to late June before we hear anything because Claudia is on medical leave after surgery. I don't think we have furnish the grades, but I'm going to call on Monday to make sure.

I did get my A!!!!!!!!! So I have 215 out of a possible 223 points, so I feel pretty confident. Here's hoping the next 6 to 8 weeks goes by quickly!

i cannot believe we have to wait so long, that is a bummer. She said we would have ample amount of time to get everything done but the time keeps shrinking.

That stinks if we have to wait until mid to late June to find out!!! I want to know now!!! Isn't there someone else to send out the letters; I'm not very patient (as if you couldn't tell).

Maybe this is a new tactic to test our patience before nursing school and see if we crack...lol. I guess we will just have to keep busy and not think about it. Is anyone taking sumer classes. I am taking Com 102 and ENG 112. They start on June 2nd.

Because of some health problems which would make me extend past my maximum timeframe for financial aid, I'm actually having to graduate with an Associates in General Studies before I can start the nursing program. So I'm taking Math 118 and History 101 in the summer. Can you believe they'd rather pay for classes that I don't need than to pay for most of the nursing program and let me pay for 6 credits of it on my own??!!!! Geesh! That's the bureaucracy for you!
