did u not get into UIC?

I transferred in. You have to take the tHe teas test and you have to get like a 75 to be considered and they only loool at the first score so do well the first time around. I did not have all my pre-reqs completed although I did have

most. I do t know when the deadline will bw for spring but u should call the nursing admissions counselor...what else woud you like to know?

ok thank u very much 2012 rn2b.i donot know if i got into uic but i am not confident i would get in so that why am trying to have a back up.i went through the website and saw that the deadline for spring admittance is july 31st.i have all the prereq except computer.when did you take the teas?how was it?when did tiu apply and wen did you gain admittance?you are so lucky to have secured a place.so if uic offers you a seat, what would happen?

I didn't think USF will let you apply for the spring semester so you might want to double check that. I'm not done with all of my prereqs. I'm finishing 4 this semester and two more over the summer, but I will be done by the time the fall semester starts. My TEAS score was an 86.

I didn't read your last post all the way. I guess they do take applications for spring semester. I should have known that because there was a girl in my anatomy class last semester that got accepted and was starting in the spring. :nuke:

I took it at JJC actually. I didn't use a study guide I just gave it a try. I will admit though that I usually do score pretty high on standardized tests so if that's not you, you might want to pick up a study guide. I actually scored really high on the science section(relative to the rest of the country) because I'm full of useless knowledge. It definitely wouldn't hurt for you to brush up on the math skills you will need to know, but for science I don't really think there is anything you can focus on. Just know the different types of rocks and a little bit about plate tectonics and give it your best shot.
